If your payment will arrive in our office after its due date, please call our billing department at 800-562-5712 before mailing it. We may be able to arrange for the payment to be accepted. However, it is not possible to extend the due date of the payment by any amount of time.
Alternatively, if more convenient, you can drop the payment off at your insurance agency's office during their business hours.
