If your payment will arrive in our office after its due date, please call our billing department at 785-337-2203 before mailing it. We may be able to arrange for the payment to be accepted. However, it is not possible to extend the due date of the payment by any amount of time.

To avoid the hassle of mailing checks to us, you may want to consider signing up for our Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) program where we withdraw premium payments directly from your bank account. Look for an enrollment form in your next policy renewal package for more information.
